Ball Diff Holder + Scale

After weeks of tuning, we finally think we figured it out! The holder/base has 4 areas each designed for a certain part of the ball diff, as seen below. There’s a rod going through the back the keep the out drive still while adjusting how tight the diff is.

The next part is the adjustment scale and needle. These two parts go hand in hand to allow precise building of your ball diff and how tight they are. The needle goes on your 2.0mm hex driver to see exactly how much you’ve turned your driver. There’s a mark at 1/8 and 1/4 on each side, and there’s 3 circles between to allow smaller adjustments. The goal is to be able to easily and accurately be able to build 3 identical diffs. The scale has two screws going through each side to hold the second outdrive, making tightening and loosening the diff screw a breeze. There’s also kneeling all along the circumference of the scale to make holding it much easier. There’s also an indentation on the scale to make it very easy to put in your diff ring and sand them.
